GENKO
GENKO takes a sample and records its optical response to track solid-liquid separation. This information is interpreted alongside test conditions and plant variables.
The documented system tracks interface position over time. That record is used to analyse settling velocity. A turbidity mode is also available; its calibration and relationship to solids must be verified for the material and configuration.
It allows sample responses to be compared and related to feed, flocculation and operating changes. A settling signal complements diagnosis; automatic control requires a separate scope.
