GENKO installation and integration
The installation must preserve a representative sample and an interpretable record.
Sampling and utilities
Define the sampling point, sample route, power supply, panel location, return or drain and cleaning conditions. Detailed engineering is reviewed with the operating team.
Data and communication
The manual documents a PLC, test records, a web interface and an OPC UA connection to SCADA. Availability of each interface depends on the version and must be checked against site network requirements.
Records for diagnosis
Retain the date, sample identification, measurement mode, cycle states and test conditions. Agree on units, synchronisation and quality before incorporating the record into the historian.
Commissioning
Verify sampling, the cycle, sample return, instruments and records. Compare with a reference method and agree on acceptance criteria; do not apply universal tolerances without data.
